What we collect

When you use the event qualifier or contact form, we collect the contact details and event information you choose to submit. Venue partner applicants may also provide business details. Submissions may be stored using Google Sheets or other service providers used to process inquiries.

We may use analytics services to understand website visits and interactions, such as pages viewed, device types and button clicks. Analytics availability depends on the tracking tools enabled on the live site.

What we do with it

We use your contact information to respond to your event request. If you check the sharing-consent box in the event qualifier, we may share your inquiry with up to three relevant venues, planners or event operators to help them respond. Participating operators may pay us for qualified inquiries or referrals. We do not sell contact lists to unrelated marketers or add you to unsolicited marketing lists. Contact-form messages marked for internal handling are not automatically approved for partner sharing.

Third parties

Where enabled, analytics services are governed by their own privacy policies. Google Sheets uses Google infrastructure. WhatsApp messages are subject to Meta’s terms. Venues and event operators you choose to work with may have separate privacy practices.
